Workspace

A SUPPORTIVE SPACE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO GET THEIR SCHOOL WORK DONE

Workspace is an after after-school club targeted at young people struggling to engage with school life and particularly with their homework. We know that many young people are struggling to engage positively in school because of simple reasons such as; not understanding in lessons; not having the space to do schoolwork at home; lack of concentration; needing 1:1 support; lack of confidence and many more.

We aim to focuses on educational outcomes, but in a fun, engaging way that sparks confidence in our young people, and that releases them to support and mentor one-another.

At Workspace you will have access to friendly tutors who will sit alongside you as you get your school work done and help you set goals that you’re confident you can achieve, access to laptops, WIFI, snacks, hot and cold drinks and other learning resources. Workspace is a space where young peoples confidence grows, friendships form, we laugh whilst we learn and check in monthly with each young person to check how they’re doing in all aspects of life.
